focuses particularly on two types of scratch-off devices:

Scratch-off label: This is a transparent label on which a layer of scratch-off material is deposited

Scratch-off panel: Applied by a heat process directly onto the card by depositing one or more coats of pigment to ensure virtually total invulnerability of data.
